This beautiful family

Meet the Nichols family. Little Hailey is 2 1/2 and full of life. She spent most of our photo session eating a pear she picked from our Pear tree. Notice her pretty curly hair (nice work Marissa). Dave works with Sam at Mission Hills Church as a high school pastor. And in the midst of their busy lives, Marissa is in school to be a dental hygienist. I love this family and hope that these pictures capture the love that have for one another.

Meet the Koop's

I met the Koop's through our church, Mission Hills. This family was so full of energy! They were ready to jump, run, and play in the sand. Their family seems to really love each other and this was such a beautiful thing to capture. I was so excited that the pictures portrayed the true closeness of this family.

Nick, Mindy, & Avery knudsen

I love the Knudsen's! We ventured down to Grape Day Park where we took advantage of the old historic buildings. Nick is a genius with the camera and gave me some great tips (thanks!). Avery was just as cute as a button. She has such a dreamy look in her eye and was so easy to work with. It was so hard to pick my favorites because Avery looked adorable in all of them, but here are a few that i couldn't resist posting.

1.5 weeks till baby Shay arrives!

can you believe it- 1.5 weeks! This is such an exciting time in their lives and i felt so honored to capture it for them. Irene has been my friend since... well- forever. Doesn't she look amazing! she would hate me for saying this, but she only gained 12 lbs during her pregnancy! How is that possible! Well- Irene- you look beautiful and i am so happy for the new addition!

Mr. Jackson

So i know this is my nephew, but i gotta be honest- he is the cutest little guy ever! Jackson has been alive now for almost 8 months and is taking the world by force. Only two months ago he had heart surgery! can you believe that - and now he is crawling and babbling and lighting up the world with his cuteness! Happy birthday january... 28- you made it :) Love you guys!

The Morales Family...

I have a great, long, and fabulous history with the Morales bunch. I like to take major credit for their marriage and thus- the existence of their beautiful daughter- Ceci. So they owe me a lot :) I can't explain the joy it gave me to shoot this family. Ceci is unbelievable. Her face lights up the camera and she is a natural model. Her personality beams through her big dark eyes. They just loved playing, which made my job really easy.

Macy kate is so adorable! She is so joyful and will smile at the blink of an eye! Alton and Kelley are amazing parents and friends to both Sam and myself. Throughtout our sessions Alton was dancing, waving his arms, and singing Macy's name- we had a lot of fun. Take a look at a few of my favorites- I told you she was cute!
